Candice made our experience fantastic. We were about ready to push on passed Green River and find another hotel but Candice came in clutch! After Super 8 turned us away at 4 am, they were able to accommodate us even with being booked out by the railroad. They even accommodated us with the first story of room since I had my dog. We also were offered a late check-out which we were very grateful for since we had just stopped driving for 14 hours. I recommend anybody that wants a clean quick place to stay to go here. Once again, THANK YOU CANDICE!!!

Our whole family was there for graduations for multiple days. Ashley was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help each one of our family members out at check in, with places to eat and things to see, extra things we needed and very polite. We arrived and the lobby was busy, she was answering the phone, checking us in and helping the railroaders at the same time. She was very patient, kind and you could tell she was overwhelmed and knew what she was doing.

As someone who has been staying here for years every week, I am absolutely appalled by what I witnessed. Two weeks ago at the check in there was a gal working the front desk wearing a dog collar and dog leash. I’ve only seen the new Hispanic lady and the grave lady with colored hair who work front desk clean the bathroom, clean behind the front desk and lobby and seem to be the only front desk people that are professional. This week the dog collar girl, she was driving the shuttle with said dog collar and dog leash and not only that she had her boyfriend in the front seat of the shuttle we thought he was just a passenger and would be getting out with us but according to other workers he was in the front seat all night. That is very unprofessional, disgusting attire for work and to be associated with a great company that we work for is even worse. It does no good complaining about the dirty rooms, dirty is putting it lightly. They are disgusting. The Hispanic ladies sit in the lounge and have a party their whole shift. The young girl that cleans in the late afternoon is by far the best housekeeper and cleans the rooms how they should. I would guarantee that the beds and pillows and walls and mold haven’t been checked out in years. It does no good to complain because it seems like it’s going down hill with the same complaints over and over and the mangers do nothing absolutely nothing. Time for new people to run this show.

Not a bad place to stay. its a room with a bed, toilet, and a shower. If you're not expecting much and just need a place to stay, it's fine. The rooms are still from 1989. The bathroom sink is separate from the bathroom. Its a little rundown, a little dirty. The staff is very friendly, its seems like a very safe location. Overall not a terrible place to stay.

I was a little worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews but we were on a budget and decided to take the chance. Turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Rooms weren’t immaculate but they were tidy and quiet. The staff came in daily when we were gone and cleaned everything along with changing the sheets. We had one hiccup with our keys not working but several staff members were happy to help and we resolved it quickly. Firm believer that your attitude towards others and your circumstances dictate your experience and ours was great! I’d stay here again no problem.
