OMG!!!!!!!!! "Disgusting" This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.. The sheets were stained, there were bugs jumping around on the beds, and even after leaving I still feel like bugs are crawling on me.. The shower pair to have dried feces in it, the towels are stained and dirty, and there was hair all over the bed. I barely slept because every time my hair touched my face I wondered if it was another bug. The entire room felt filthy and neglected.. To make matters worse, after spending the day enjoying the lake, or returned expecting at least basic housekeeping services. Instead, we came back to unmade beds, floors that had not been vacuumed, trash untouched, and the same disgusting mess still in the shower.. There was no ice available, no maid service, and absolutely no attention given to the condition of the room. This place is beyond disappointing it is unsanitary. In my opinion it should be condemned until major improvements are made.. Traveler beware: if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, keep driving and find somewhere else... This place is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

If I could give no stars that would still be too much. My family and I booked 4 rooms and upon arriving we had to wait around 30 mins as the front desk clerk was unfamiliar with the systems there. Upon receiving keys and inspection of our rooms we came to find the filthiest bedbug ridden smelly rooms I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. When informed of the issues the front desk clerk attempted to put us in other rooms. However none of them had been cleaned. We could not stay there with these conditions. It was already almost midnight and found ourselves needing other accommodations. When we left we were assured the manager would be in the next morning and would issue our refund. None of our calls were ever answered or returned. This place should be shut down. It is an absolute hazard and risk to your health if you stay!!

We got two rooms, ours was covered in bugs (dead and alive), had stains on all of the bedding, the mattress was a deep yellow from how old and stained it was. The bathtub was awful with what was possibly dried poop in it. The bugs on the bed were jumping around and I still feel like I have bugs on me. The worst room of the two was 116. 117 had better mattresses and cleanliness but for how Gross 116 was we asked for a full refund and went elsewhere. I dont reccomend. Didn't get a reciept to show our refund went through. The ice maker was broken and the breakfast looked like it was going to be a joke too. Dont be fooled. Spend more money go elsewhere.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointing If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Green River, Wyoming, keep driving. We stayed at the Western Inn while in town on business and were shocked by the condition of the room. There was hair in the bed sheets, the towels appeared dirty, and parts of the ceiling were literally falling apart. The entire property felt neglected and poorly maintained. What really pushed this experience over the edge was the complete lack of housekeeping. After our first night, we left for the day expecting the room to be serviced. When we returned, absolutely nothing had been done. The beds were untouched, the floors hadn't been vacuumed, trash remained, and the room looked exactly as we had left it. Let's be honest—if a hotel is showing its age, guests can sometimes overlook that if it's clean and the staff makes an effort. But when a room is dirty upon arrival and then receives zero housekeeping service during the stay, it becomes difficult to excuse. We weren't expecting luxury. We were expecting clean sheets, clean towels, and the most basic hotel services. Unfortunately, even those expectations were not met. This was one of the most disappointing lodging experiences we've had in Wyoming, and we won't be returning.

The first room we checked into had crumbs from food on the bed. The sheets had not been changed.Head hair all over the bed. There was only one towel that was dirty. And no toilet paper. They changed just rooms , and we had originally planned to stay four nights. We checked out one day early and they would not refund our money. The employee said that he could not because he did not have access to the computer. He's just an employee. Would not stay here again , would not recommend.
