The staff were absolutely fantastic. The pool was excellent, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. We stayed here last year and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to come back this year. While we did run into an unexpected issue during our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They responded quickly, treated us with genuine care and professionalism, and did everything they could to ensure we were taken care of. It's easy to have a great reputation when everything goes perfectly, but what really stood out to us was how the team handled our situation. Their commitment to customer service and making things right gave us a lasting impression. Because of the incredible staff, we would absolutely consider staying here again.

UPDATE: I will absolutely give credit where it was due, I informed the front desk and they came over, took photos, and made a report on the room immediately, and said she would be letting the manager know immediately. I very much appreciate the prompt response. DOUBLE UPDATE: The manager came on shift at 7 am, I came down to request a roll of TP as our room had ran out and before even saying anything to me she asked if it was our room we were paying for and stated with finality they were processing a full refund. She then verified the room number with me and made ours and each of the adjoining rooms out of commission until they could be fully cleaned and treated by a third party company. I wasn't nearly as offended by the situation as I think she was expecting and we talked about how she had come from Florida where it is almost a pandemic so she knows how to handle these situations. Earned my full respect and appreciation in a very short conversation. We have stayed here two years in a row for a group motorcycle ride. I will absolutely be staying again. The staff is lovely, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are relatively clean considering some of the other places I've stayed. After the first night I woke up with about 4 or 5 bites on different parts of my body, the second morning I woke up super early and went to the lobby, not only did I have more bites, I killed this little guy while sitting on the couch in the lobby. (We believe it was clung to my clothes and brought down from the room, the couch has since been deep cleaned) I'm going to do my best to get refunded (they absolutely did, and I didn't even mention it). Bed bugs are absolutely disgusting, especially considering the one I killed had obviously just had a meal. They handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and care. I would be happy to stay again.

After a long day of driving this hotel was a very welcome place to find to spend the night. Lobby and rooms were very clean. Everything was in order and the complimentary breakfast was pleasing. The staff was very friendly. The view of the surrounding area was nice to see and to wake up to.

We came here for a memorial for our father who was raised in Green River. The hotel is very nice, clean room, nice bed, fridge, microwave, coffee in the room. Nice breakfast included. Staff were very nice and helpful. More expensive than a lot of other places in town, but well worth it. I would recommend it highly

The hotel staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and inviting. I stopped to eat breakfast before I headed out on the road again. Thank you for taking good care of me during my road trip
